Our Month-of Wedding Management service is designed for couples who’ve done the groundwork but want a trusted, professional team to flawlessly execute it.
Beginning 10 weeks before your wedding day, we’ll take the reins with calm expertise — reviewing your plans, finalizing logistics, confirming vendor details, and building a seamless timeline. On the big day, we’re your behind-the-scenes team ensuring everything runs smoothly, so you can soak up every moment with the people you love most.

While we honour tradition, we also believe in creating space for what truly matters to you. If there's a classic element that doesn’t feel meaningful, we won’t force it. Instead, we tailor every detail to reflect your values and the legacy you’re building — whether that means skipping the cake table or starting the morning together with a quiet, intentional moment before the festivities begin. Is there a price increase for private property weddings? Absolutely — and we love them. Private estate and cottage weddings offer a beautifully personal setting, but they require full-scale planning and production. With no built-in infrastructure or venue staff, we handle everything from the ground up — including tenting, lighting, power, bathrooms, catering tents, bar setup, staffing, and an inclement weather plan. We specialize in these types of events and know exactly how to bring them to life with ease and elegance. After a discovery call, we’ll provide a detailed proposal tailored to your location and needs. On average, couples typically budget 20–30% more for private property weddings due to the additional logistics and rentals involved.
Do you travel outside of Toronto/The GTA? Yes! The majority of weddings we plan are in Toronto and The GTA as we truly are the experts, however, we work all over Ontario planning weddings. Other notable locations include: Kingston, Prince Edward County, Niagara-on-the-lake and Jamaica. Travel fees + overnight accommodation may be added for out of town events.
Do I need a venue before reaching out? Not at all. About half of our full planning clients come to us with a venue and date already secured, while the other half are just beginning the search — both are a perfect place to start. On average, we begin working with our couples 12–18 months in advance to ensure access to the best venues and vendor teams. That said, we’ve also planned beautiful, meaningful weddings in just a few months — especially since 2020 — and they’ve been some of our most heartfelt celebrations. Whether you're dreaming of a grand weekend affair or an intimate mid-week gathering, we’ll meet you wherever you are in the planning journey.
Can you work with any venue or vendor, or are you limited to certain ones? One of the best parts of hiring a wedding planner is the flexibility to work with any venue or vendor you love! We have a list of trusted vendors we’ve worked with before, but we’re always open to discovering new ones that match your vision.
